Well, there is a chance that these two things are related to each other! An ETSI standard for wireless infotainment forwarding and teledistribution plus a proprietary system for public transport displays combine to a playground where you can have serious fun! Motivated by the preliminary studies by windytan, we had a deeper look at the system deployed in Munich.
