Why?

Why not put all this information directly into OpenStreetMap and render new image tiles?

Structural Integrity

When you include the factor of social interaction on this large a scale, the number of PoI&#039;s &amp; polygons will increase dramatically. Any map delivery provider can be used technically  (google, osm-online, bing etc.) but depending on
external tile providers is deprecated since it always leaves a trail and reveales patterns to
parties, which are not a part of the group (information leakage).</description>
