====== Silicone & Molds ======


Building the [[mission:resources:picojet]] involved working with silicone and creating a simple mold to create the bottom element, which provides the following features:

  * Embedded 100W heating Element
  * Embedded DS18S20 Temperature Sensor
  * Baffles to reduce the volume of liquid needed 
  * Bearings/Holder for the Jet-Tubes

A small talk about how to easily make such molds with scrap wood and clay to get the desired features even with ghetto equipment.
